Hemant Panwar Music and Dance Company is in existence to offer culturally enriched structured and nurturing learning experiences. The Panwar Company is dedicated towards the promotion, preservation and propagation of the South Asian heritage through classes in Kathak, Harmonium, Vocals and Hindi language.

The company creates innovative and traditional dance pieces that involve not only the artistic directors Hemant and Vaishali Panwar but also other company members. The company is involved in a genuine promotion of traditional Indian music of aesthetically high standards by arranging musical concerts. The company holds its annual event “Deeksha Samaroh” to showcase the efforts of its learners.

The company aims to arrange one day workshops in schools, colleges and various cultural and religious organizations in Ontario. We are also available to tour in North America for performances in numerous music and dance festivals.

The company is excited to enlighten Canadian audiences with Indian music and dance, invited talks, lecture demonstrations, panel discussions and stunning performances of traditional and contemporary styles.

Hemant Panwar Music and Dance Company is progressing towards new horizons by amalgamating various art forms both Indian and Canadian in fusion choreographies; to be staged in the near future.
